No matter what generation you are from... Swing is a dance you'll need and come across in every social situation! Here are your steps... Give it a try and have a little head start before coming in for your first session!

Man's Steps

Dance Position: Face your lady, hold both hands with your palms up, don't release, and just keep smiling!

Steps:
1) Step with your left foot to your left (2 beats)
2) Step with your right foot to your right (2 beats)
3) Step away from your partner with your left foot (1 beat)
4) Put your feet back together on right foot (1 beat)
5) Repeat the pattern above

Lady's Steps

Dance Position: Face your man, hold both hands with your palms down, don't release, and just keep smiling!

Steps:
1) Step with your right foot to your right (2 beats)
2) Step with your left foot to your left (2 beats)
3) Step away from your partner with your right foot (1 beat)
4) Put your feet back together on left foot (1 beat)
5) Repeat the pattern above
